Vegan Tartar Sauce (no capers)

⅓ cup mayo

¼ cup chopped dill pickles

2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

2 teaspoons finely chopped shallot

1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon mustard (I used british beer mustard)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld
